Where is there parking?
Metered parking is available at the northeast corner of Addison and Ashland.  Unmetered parking is located on both sides of Ashland Ave. on a first come basis.  Areas with 383 permit parking can be used until 5pm. We have permits for night Cub games so call and we will have one ready for you.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, check with proper ID, Visa, Mastercard and Chicago HairCare Gift Certificates.  Tipping is not necessary inorder to receive our undivided attention, and quality service. Referring a friend is the greatest compliment.

Do you have a service or product guarantee?
Of course we do. Chicago HairCare is commited to guest satisfaction and will do our best to resolve your concern. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a service or product, please contact us within seven days of your purchase. We want you to find the product that is right for you and will give you a store credit for the amount of your retail purchase...no questions asked. If you are a service client, we will have a record of your purchase.  For retail only clients, we will need a receipt.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Chicago HairCare has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  A credit card will be required to secure  services over $100.00.  Please give the courtesy of canceling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise we will need to charge you the full service price. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my child or pet with me when I am having services?
Unless the child is receiving services, the salon environment is not a safe place for unattended children and can distract the stylist from your services as well as affect other clients experience. As much as we love our furry companions the fact is, it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon and our insurance coverage prohibits pets in the salon due to liability.

I have allergies; can I bring my own shampoos and conditioners?
Absolutely.  We understand that many natural based products - and even those that are hypo-allergenic - may cause an adverse reaction to those with sensitive skin.  If you have a product that works for you, please feel free to bring it in.
